By creating an account or using PlanShare Social, operated by SageNest Labs Private Limited, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live. Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in methods and devices.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display it only as needed to operate, secure and improve PlanShare Social.

Community safety

Do not break the law, impersonate, harass, threaten, exploit, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, scrape the service, evade access controls or disrupt PlanShare Social. We may investigate, restrict or remove content and accounts for safety, legal compliance or enforcement.

Events and third parties

PlanShare Social helps users coordinate but does not organize, supervise, endorse or guarantee user-created events. Hosts and attendees remain responsible for accuracy, safety, permissions, conduct and local-law compliance.

Expenses

Expense and settlement features are record-keeping tools. The MVP does not process payments, hold funds, extend credit or guarantee repayment.

Service and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. We may restrict access for violations, risk or legal requirements and may update these terms with notice where required.
