PlanShare Social is operated by SageNest Labs Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile details; events, groups, messages, comments, polls, tasks, itineraries, photos, shared-expense records and support requests you create; optional location data; notification tokens and preferences; and limited device, app-version, crash and performance information.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, operate collaboration features, deliver messages and notifications, calculate shared expenses, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and maintain service reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Permissions and location

Camera, photos, calendar, notifications and location are requested only when a related feature needs them. You can deny or revoke access in device settings. Live location is shared only when you deliberately enable it.

Messages and security

Direct text messages use end-to-end encryption when encryption keys are available. Group chats, event chats, attachments, metadata and fallback delivery are protected in transit and by authenticated access controls but may not be end-to-end encrypted.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication, database, storage, server functions and real-time delivery; Expo and Apple or Google services for app delivery, notifications and platform features; and Sentry for diagnostics when enabled. AI processing and paid subscriptions are not enabled in the MVP.

Sharing and visibility

Profile, group and event information is shared according to your visibility, membership and collaboration choices. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or as part of a lawful business transfer.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention and backup purposes. Delete your account in Settings → Delete Account, or use our web deletion page. Deletion removes or de-identifies account data from active systems, subject to legal obligations, security records, backups and records that must remain consistent for other users.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy where applicable. Email sagenestlabs@gmail.com; we may verify your identity.

Children

PlanShare Social is not intended for children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it.
